Return Policy
Plas-Ties® Company has a commitment to our customers and makes sure they are satisfied with their purchase. Plas-Ties® understands that certain situations may occur and Plas-Ties® products may need to be returned or exchanged for correct products to the original customer and product item number. Please review the information below on returns, refunds, and/or exchanges on Plas-Ties® twist tie material and cable ties:
- Twist tie material and cable ties may be returned within 30-days of receipt of shipment for refund, credit, or exchange only on items purchased directly through Plas-Ties® Company to original customer and original product item number. Items being returned for either refund or credit are subject to inspection upon return. If Plas-Ties® products are in used or damaged condition, the customer is subject to a fee or denied a return. Items must be in new condition and unopened.
- Plas-Ties® twist tie machines including HD-Plus Tie-Matic® models, and XL models have a 30-Days, or less than 5,000 cycles return policy. Spool material is not included with the return policy used during this time on the specified Plas-Ties® twist tie machine. If a Plas-Ties® HD-Plus Tie-Matic® is returned in non-operating or poor condition, the original purchasing customer will either be charged a 25% restocking fee or denied a return. All Plas-Ties® twist tie machines require an RMA number for return authorization.
- Plas-Ties® twist tie material and cable ties returned after 30-days and less than 60-days are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee pending inspection of products. If PlasTies® products being returned are used or damaged and do not pass our inspection, the customer will be notified and no credit, refund, or exchange will be issued.
- After 60-days from receipt of Plas-Ties® twist tie material or cable ties, returns will not be accepted.
- Plas-Ties® returns on incorrect item(s) shipped to customer purchased directly from Plas-Ties® Company will be corrected in a timely manner in the form of exchange of correct item(s). Original customer will notify Plas-Ties® of the incorrect item(s) shipped at time of receipt.

- Plas-Ties® small parts sales are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee pending inspection of products. If Plas-Ties® products being returned are used or damaged and do not pass our inspection, the customer will be notified and no credit, refund, or exchange will be issued.
- Plas-Ties® returns on incorrect item(s) shipped to customer purchased directly from Plas-Ties® Company will be corrected in a timely manner in the form of exchange of correct item(s). Original customer will notify Plas-Ties® of the incorrect item(s) shipped at time of receipt.
